I wandered into Surfsail on a Saturday morning wondering how windsurfing had changed in the 25 years since I gave it up. It was never my intention, but I walked out with a complete new kit and went sailing that afternoon! Getting back into windsurfing has been awesome, in no small part due to the perfect advice from Satya on all of my purchases (I've been back a few more times......). I cant believe there still exists a shop where I can get expert advice and there is enough stock to walk out with something I can use immediately. Great shop - highly recommended. Thanks Mark and Satya.I hope we don't lose places like this (like the good bike shops that have gone). Ian

I was the customer from hell; ordering stuff from a different country without recent windsurf gear knowledge. Mark and the staff at Surf Sail went above and beyond to help me. There must have been 40+ email that they answered with great patience and help. Mark helped with the delivery. Can't thank Surf Sail Asutralia enough for all their help. One of the most pleasant online shopping experiences, ever!Highly recommended!

Always great service and good price on postage to the other side of the country. Recent warranty claim was so quick, had an answer back within hours (I have found that other online sellers take days to get back to you), and warranty replacement sent out same day! Awesome, keep up the good work.

Ordered a great board (great price too) online at 6pm in Sydney, 8pm same night Mark emailed me with all delivery info. Board arrived a few days later packaged up to indestructible levels so no damage in transit. I couldn't be more happy. I have no affiliation with the shop (as I said I'm in Sydney) just such a great experience I wanted to share and would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic shop - great range of products and amazing service. I have bought several products here for my son and now will not go anywhere else. When there was a problem with one of the products they replaced it and even assembled it and had everything ready for us to pick up the same day. Great customer service.

This may be more than anyone needs to read but the young crew working over Christmas to NYE '22 made a simple surf hat exchange be just that - easy, no judgement and with a better outcome.And honestly, that's enough for 5 Stars if it wasn't for Space Truckin' sound tracking our encounter. Kudos!
