Enjoyed a lovely Beachfest 2023 lunch here.Service was friendly & efficient.Thoroughly loved our fish & chips with salad.Can highly recommend, plenty of parking.

An amazing place to eat especially if you have kids! Kids room is decked out with a soft play course, a tv, ipads with games and lounges and tables. Even better, there's a camera which feeds to a tv outside in the family dining area so you can keep an eye on your kids from your seat. All this aside the food was also amazing! Their signature steak, a 200g eye fillet cooked to perfection served with the creamiest mash ever and an extremely tasty red win jus. Was delicious and highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. Good range of drinks at the bar as well

Great dining experience, the food was cooked quickly and served in a reasonable time. There was only one person serving the whole place so he was quite rushed servicing the bar and bistro. But he was polite and apologetic for any delays.Overall a nice dining experience

OLD OUT DATED. DIRTY CARPET, BATHROOM TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE OLD WELL PAST THE USE BY BEDSThe accomodation is attached to the pub. We booked 2 rooms and unfortunately had room number 1 as one of the rooms, right next to reception, literally a metre or so away, right next to car park, and car park lights shone straight into the room through the bedroom window, lit the whole room up light daylight.The bathrooms had a sewer smell which was a real put off.The rooms are outdated cheap old pub style, not worth a $160 a night each room that we paid.I stayed in cheaper motels and cleaner and better rooms.I would not pay anymore than $100 buck a night for this motel and even that’s being generous after just having pad $160 a night for this terrible room.BEDS ARE TERRIBLE OLD AND VERY WELL PAST USE BY DATE. I actually have little bite marks on my body, not sure if they are dust mites however the moment I got into the bed I was very itchy.Did inform the receptionist about the sewer smell in bathroom and the fact the light shone in our room all night from car park, lighting up the room like daylight, however she wasn’t much help she asked one of the cleaners to check the bathroom but didn’t even offer any discount off the accommodation, she just said if you stay next time let the girls know not to place u near car park. Stay clear of Room number 1.* PHOTOS ON INTERNET DO NOT REPRESENT THE ROOMS IN REAL LIFE* REAL LIFE rooms are out dated, old, dirty carpet and old sagging beds in both rooms.

Horrible place. Hideous old fashioned soap / cleaning smell bombed throughout airing did nothing to dilute which tells me it’s full of mould or bad smells, noticed mould on the curtains. Toilet bubbled and gurgled, no hot water in sink, hard spine in ‘king bed’ between soft unsupportive single mattresses, no mirror, not a bin or a tissue box, see through toilet paper.. what a joke. I thought it was going to be budget but didnt expect this level of crappiness.

Picked this place because of the kids area as we are on holiday. Even better the food was amazing, better than pub food. Service extremely efficient and staff friendly. We came back a second night tried a different dish, same result.

I want to say a big thank you to Mandy who welcomed us and showed us to our table. She then was behind the bar to take our drinks order. She never stopped cleaning tables and made sure everyone was happy.

Clean and comfortable rooms a little old but fine for a shorter stay. Excellent position, sort walk to everything like the river, Boatclub etc.
