The Manager totally ignored me when I entered the showroom.They're way over priced on mechanical repairs.The receptionist is a lovely woman and very helpful.They're extremely slow in effecting repairs and emails are nonexistent for quotes.Overall, my experience with Shepparton BMW was totally unacceptable and I could Not recommend anybody to conduct business with this establishment after my experience.

Initially having my 2008 E90 which I bought from Meneres Brighton (now BMW Brighton) and servicing at various authorised dealers around melbourne, I’m used to being treated modestly well but otherwise just being another number. However with BMW shepparton I have had timely and responsible follow up when the car was in for a service, even when my 3er was having major issues approaching its 10th year of life and nearly 200K kilometres, the support at shepparton bmw was great.Ultimately traded in for a new BMW and impressed with their service, i bought my next car from themand not only was it a very competitive price, the entire process was handled seamlessly by BMW genius Daniel Zandt and needless to say was a very positive experience. Courtesy loan car during service and a complimentary wash is always welcomed.Deservedly they have been notching up numerous BMW rural dealer of the year awards, year on year. And testament to them is the disproportionate number of bmws compared to other luxury continentals whizzing around the Goulburn Valley.
