Great pool very unprofessional sale experience

We would thoroughly recommend Factory Pools Mandurah. We had our pool installed in our new build home and could not be happier with the whole process.

After waiting 5 months for a pool to be installed the day had finally arrived and we were so excited. My husband and I watched the pool shell being installed only to realise that the pool Shell was the wrong size it was too small and not what we had paid for. After waiting hours for no response from the factory pool head office we decided to drive into town and speak to the sales rep we have been dealing with, we then finally received a phone call only to be told we had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct pool to be made. We are now paying for temporary fencing for a pool that's not ours. We have a pool shell that is still sitting in the backyard and we have received no more communication on what the next plan is to go forward. We have no installation date so we can take further time off...We are feeling very frustrated by the lack of communication and remorse shown for their mistakes caused by Factory Pools Mandurah.

I was recommended by a friend to use Factory Pools due to their pricing being very competitive in the current market. Great range of pool designs and sizes, friendly staff with excellent customer service. I had the help and support all the way through from choosing my pool, install and handover. I'm very happy with my pool and would recommend using Factory Pools for your pool choice.

Used factory pools as we thought they were the best around for the money. Had a good contemporary range for less than some of the competitors. Had to wait a while for installation but that was expected. Installation day finally came. Site supervisor explained what was going to happen and informed us we would probably hit rock so we would have to pay extra for an excavator. He was right so that was fine. Had some other unexpected costs for sand dumping fees which we were not that happy about as we found somewhere close by for them to take it where they didn’t have to pay...The next part of the installation was done by James the builder. He was very efficient and punctual, and got the job done quickly. After the pool was filled we then had to wait a week for the electrician to come and connect the pump etc.Overall I would totally recommend factory pools, only a little gripe where it was quite difficult to get in touch with the pool liason person at times which was a little frustrating. Oh and we are still waiting for the pool cover so hopefully it won’t take too long.
