Waltara homes have been great to work with, building our townhouses in the Mornington Peninsula. From the get go, Laeyna and Scott have been very easy to work with, always just a phone call away. Our Site Manager, Brett has been wonderful in getting the job done and always keeping us updated. We would build with Waltara Homes again.

Waltara Homes built my dream home and I couldn't be happier. I brought a hand drawn floor plan and a list of crazy and unique ideas to my first meeting with Laeyna. She understood every detail I described from my imagination and made it her mission to bring them all to life. She was honest about my expectations, taking into account my budget and was determined to find workarounds and alternatives to achieve my goals. Communication was great throughout the build from Laeyna and my site supervisor Rohan. I always knew where they were up to and was kept informed of any delays due to weather, materials shortages etc. It was such a lovely touch finding locally sourced gifts from the peninsula on my kitchen bench on handover day! I get so many compliments on the look, layout and quality of my home. I definitely recommend choosing Waltara for your build if you are looking for quality, service and custom detail for your new home.

Scott and Laeyna have been excellent to deal with! I was far from an easy case in having a difficult block of land in which to construct my home. Scott and Laeyna have been enormously patient, helpful and professional as together we worked through the complexities of preparing for my build. We used Waltara Homes to knock down & rebuild our beautiful home. We selected a design to take in rural & sea views. We customised the design with suggestions from Scott & a few of our own preferences.The team are very knowledgeable, professional & provide a personalised service.Our Site Supervisor Brett ⭐ paid careful attention to detail & made sure the house was just as we had hoped. Scott & Brett kindly offered to answer any querries & advice after the build. Great tradesman were used for the build.Waltara Homes have definitely delivered our dream home & lifestyle.
