Always good service here. You explain what you're looking for and they'll talk about your options. When you've made your purchase they make sure you understand how to use it and any special instructions you need to know e.g battery life fuel etc;

Dropped of piece of equipment to be repaired, was contacted the next day and told it would cost more than it was worth to repair and I could pick it up. Went to pick it up and was charged for labour and handed back my equipment in a dissambled state. No mention is made of this when you drip of equipment but it is written on the card they give you. They also will charge you labour as well whether or not they are able to repair it or not. Won't be buying any Sthil products from that store in future.

Beware of this shop. I bought pressure washer from this place a month ago, stopped working on the same day, staff said we cannot replace it we will send it for repair. After 2 weeks i got my pressure washer but it stopped again on the same day (No repairs done). Now it is again sent for repair and still waiting from 2 weeks. Rubbish product and uncooperative staff.

Great staff. Great shop with a fantastic range. Bought a chain saw and everything was explained to detail. Bit tricky to get into there carport. But once you work it out all's good.
