We had a fabulous family birthday dinner here.

Usually the service is exceptional.Disappointed on this occasion dealing with duty manager Mark. Ordered a prawn topper for 9.90 and got 3 prawns. Toppers come with 6 usually. Complained to 2 different young staff. They approached the manager who never came near us. Complained a third time to a more senior staff member. Finally she dragged duty manager Mark over to deal with the issue.. Got nothing but attitude and interrogation. This was once a weekly visit for my wife and I but we won’t return after dealing with sub standardmanager Mark. Rude and arrogant.

A month ago I played the pokies at CSI Ipswich. I was playing a faulty machine as it came up with a payout of $669. yet the Machine only paid out $226. I called the attendant she couldn't work it out and said the machine was faulty. She couldn't find the problem took my details and said the duty manager would contact me the next day. Well they didn't I had to contact them. I explained the situation and she said they could find no problem with the Machine. I asked to have the Manager call me. She never did, I had to call 2 weeks later. The problem was never sorted. This is the first time I had played since November 2019. Never again. Do not trust these people they are liars and can't be trusted. They just covered everything up. Thought I give CSI another chance. Went to gaming lounge last Wednesday ordered a drink and while the guy was getting it the girl said what is your name as I had left card in machine. I told her Buckley, she said Butler, I said no Buckley she said Buckle I said no Buckley you can't get my name right. The guy said that's it no more drinks for you. I had only had one drink. I'm sick of their millennial staff with their rude attitude. Will definitely never never be going back. Never again. So sick of the staffs attitude!!! I have just received a reply from CSI saying I was abusive. In no way was I abusive to their staff. This is what they do. And after I have told them I would never go there again they have just suspended me. Well bring it on CSI I never want to enter your premises again and I wont. So stick your suspension where it doesn't shine. I will make sure all my friends never go there again as well. Keep sticking up for your rude staff with attitude it wont get you anywhere. Much prefer Brothers anyway. These people lie trough their teeth and say the customer was abusive when they are not. A totally disgusting organization!!!.

Great place to catch up with family & friends for drinks & a meal. Plenty of parking & wheel chair accessible. Friendly staff & clean amenities & restaurant. Always come here when in Ipswich.

The whole night was wonderful. Staff was so polite and helpful, food was delicious and band was good & so friendly.Just wish you wouldn't sent text messages at 2:30am. Not only woke me up, but frightened the daylights out of me. Worrying when your phone goes off at that hour.

CSI Ipswich is a fantastic resturant to visit. The venue is large, clean, tastefully decorated & family orientated with games room for the small children. Staff are always welcoming & offer lovely service. The lunch specials menu which runs over the weekday is fantastic, its affordable & the meals are perfectly cooked when we visit. If your a member you get cheaper drinks, rewards & more affordable meals off the full priced menu. The cafe specials cake & coffee deals are a wonderful price also.

Good food and service. Plenty of parking available. Average pricing for menu items compared to other clubs in Ipswich.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Nothing is too hard, and they go all out to provide great service. This is our second time here and we liked it so much we forked out the whole $1 membership for life fee. The food is really tasty, serves are very generous and they're really quick. They literally work up a sweat getting food out quick and making sure it's hot. We're looking forward to participating in the Trivia and Bingo nights very soon. Parking is a breeze and the value of the meals is nothing to sniff at. Two thumbs up!Part IIDon't forget the meat raffles, member draws, and the chill out room for the kids. Service staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was delicious, everyone in our group raved about their meals. Steak, double beef burger (huge and the meat Pattie’s were so moist and flavoursome), garlic prawns and steak sandwiches. No one could fault their meals. Great value for money. Can’t wait to come back, it’s also worth the 1hr 20 minute drive. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service. Very nice helpful staff and the food was great. Eye fillet was perfect. Could not ask for better. Josh, the server was very helpful and extremely pleasant Can't wait for ANZAC day breakfast. Thank you.
