They all made the whole process of removing our old system and the installation of our new solar system so quick and easy. When building a new house there are so many decisions you need to consider before going ahead with your plans.Thankfully dealing with Rowan and the team from Nepean Solar Solutions gave us the confidence to go ahead with their energy solution.They worked directly with the builder to coordinate ‘rough-in’ of all cabling prior to drywall’s and returned 6 months later to install panels which lead to a seamless integration.Due to our energy requirements, pool, pool heater, underfloor heating and aircon. We decided on a larger system and a Tesla battery. Considering where energy prices are going at the moment we are very happy with the solution Rowan suggested.

Service is great. Installed the solar with a minimum of fuss. All the installers are local and qualified and they take care to not damage the roof etc. Overall a very good experience with ongoing support.

Excellent service from start to installation. Solar is weird industry with many pitfalls and not the best reputation, but very glad to have found Nepean Solar Solutions.Sales - Rowan was informative, helpful and not pushy at all. He tailored the right solar solution for my needs and didn't try to upsell or pressure at any time. He called me back multiple times to keep me informed including checking on me on the day of installation to ensure everything was going smoothly.Operations - Nicole was very quick and active in communications which made everything go smoothly.Installation - Arrived on time, well mannered and in-house installation (not a subcontractor). They also stayed behind for 10-15mins to monitor the panels/inverter to ensure everything was smooth. Additionally, they treated the house and roof with respect and there was very little to no tile damage.

Very happy with Nepean Solar Solutions. Staff were quick to respond to our enquiries, the installers arrived on time, were polite and very helpful in showing me how the system works and how to use the phone app with the system. Great service.
