I've been using this gym for over a year now and love the attitude and friendliness of Rod and Kaden.They've responded well to Covid and maintained a spotlessly clean and healthy environment.It's a great place to work out with plenty of fitness options no matter what your goals and the awesome staff elevates the experience.

Place is ok for purpose but have called over 6 times and left two messages plus emailed to cancel contract or put on hold and no one answers the phone ever or responds. Just shocking for a business

i have been a member of Plus Fitness Thirroul for nearly 3 years. The gym is always meticulously clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. if you are looking for a gym in the Wollongong area to train at. You cannot go past Plus Fitness Thirroul.

Great location in the heart of Thirroul. Been a happy member for two years and I have been especially pleased with how clean the gym is kept during Covid.The trainers and super friendly, helpful and not pushy. But I love that they are constantly keeping the place clean every time I enter and provide lots of cleaning stuff.All Members are so polite cleaning equipment after use.

Pretty bro experience here, cancelled after giving a go for 4 months. Lack of customer service from Rod the manager, any type of questioning to him and the system and he cracks it. Typical egotistical gym mentality. Kaden the younger train in there is ace, Old mate running it could learn a few things from the young fella.
