had an absolutely amazing experience at this store today. the two gentlemen working this weekend went above and beyond with their customer service and helping us out. will be recommending to all our friends and family in the area to go here when needing a new vacuum. with only being supplied with 1 register they’re doing their best to serve customers while being respectful at the same time.

Terrible customer service.Spoke to Ben from the store asking for help with the delivery of a vaccum cleaner that we purchased over a month ago and didn't receive it.. as they got the wrong address. Then got yelled at saying i am blaming him....well where is my product? Who else should i contact...i gave the money to you...so who else should be liable? Why doesnt your receipt show the delivery address?

Went there the frist of April to buy a Stick vaccum in sales electrolux.It was not available so they ordered one.5-11 days they said.After this period expired I called them. They told me to wait longer.One month later and after five calls with promise of calling me back... still no call back and no vaccum!!! This is just a joke and inacceptable.I Hope to one day receive a call and will ask for commercial gesture as it is just such unprofessional behavior!!!I would have never bought it under these circumstances if i knew...

The staff at Miranda are lovely and knowledgeable- HOWEVER, what’s letting the whole experience down is Godfrey’s itself.I sent off my hardly used 6 week old Evovac to be repaired 8 weeks ago- and only now after several follow ups and complaints will it be delivered back to Miranda repaired.The communication throughout by customer care was non existent.Legally, I was eligible for either a refund or new vaccuum- both of which I requested and was denied. I just didn’t have the energy to keep fighting them.Would I purchase at Miranda Godfreys again?Hard no.

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful. Anna was a great ambassador for your store. Lots of knowledge about the products and I bought the Miele stick vacuum. Very happy with my purchase.
