Jordan's passion for fitness and health is immense and the knowledge and experience he's acquired throughout his career is evident from your first session. My husband and I have been seeing him for 5 years and we've even got my brother training with him now. I can't recommend him more as a trainer, and on top of that The Bar Brisbane is a fantastic gym.

Great coaching, very informative and takes time to show proper technique and explain lifts and motions. Always watches and reviews and films to better explain technique changes, que points. My lifts and training personally has imporved 10 fold and have a better understanding of what I am doing and wanting to acheive. Definitely couldn't recommend this plus enough if you want to take your training to the next level.

Where do I start, Creation Coaching is what I think about when I think of the perfect coach. As a coach, Jordan has the ability to quickly adapt various strength and conditioning programs to a variety of needs and desired outcomes. As a trainer he exhibits an awesome energy and knowledge that you get which has a certain level of confidence around it. Jordan is eager to help and will to take time with you. I will definitely be returning for another personal training session, hope to see you there!
