Terrible customer service and experience. The staff doesnt know how to treat or behave with kids.

OMG what's happening this shop,all this years they never change,two female staff really did a good job eyes on every customer as they are potential thief，hills RUDE mart,you earn this name.

big range of hardware, they do exchange items.

Cheap service....Very very rude staffs.....Never headup there.....Such a stupid staffs.....It's my second visit.....And it's my last visit.......

Great range, terrible customer service. Wouldn’t show me to the paint section, just kept giving me instructions eg “second isle, half way down on the left hand side” and there were plenty of staff around ... 2nd isle in this shop is 2 days ride!Secondly, I purchased a relatively expensive item for $50. I took a photo of my receipt and asked the lady on the counter to please put my printed receipt in the bin. She promptly informed me that I would need to hold onto my receipt for an exchange, that no refunds were ever given. I politely explained that as it was a thermal print, it would fade in time and I found it far easier to store my receipts in my phone. Once again I asked her to toss my receipt in the bin.She just looked at me blankly, then finally said ‘there’s a bin outside’Wow

Good place to shop

Great little shop with a huge range on offer. Recently I've picked up quite a few great quality masks in fun designs from here as well. Staff are friendly and happy to chat. The only thing that let's the experience down is the small aisles but that doesn't bother me too much as most customers are courteous.
