Fantastic Garage Door

Michael attended this morning to service my auto remote controlled garage door motor. Was very thorough and explained what to expect before next service as the original door is quite old. Would be happy to recommend Fantastic Garage Doors. Thanks, Jan.

Fantastic service from Fantastic Garage Doors! Feizel - their tech - went above and beyond. I actually booked another company 2 weeks before and kept chasing them to fix my door. They kept having excuses or make appointments with no show. Will recommend without hesitation.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I am taking them to court.  Shane, who does the phones and Bookings, does not answer any of my approx 10 emails.   Yet to talk to them on the phone and was told it was the installers fault on a garage door, they even had to come back a second time as the only self tapping screw that was holding the door together on it's own and it was loose and they blamed me the tenant of being of pushing the door to high there 3 weeks.  The same chap that came out the second time xle, he apologised and told me I was not to blame.  But unfortunately they make sure they say nothing in writing.  They are doggy and not honest at all.  They also charged me 1.15 hrs, yet it was under and hour there, the worker left the driveway and sat on side of road for approx 20 mins having a smoke and I was paying for it.  They said they would waver it but once again nothing in writing.  They will have there day court -10, They do not deserve one star but I had too

Fantastic Garage Doors replaced our door motor and serviced our door.Very friendly, efficient and professional service with prompt communication, quick turnaround, and no issues.Although I selected them based on service, not price, their quote also beat or matched other competitors who I had enquired with.Would highly recommend.

If I could I would give you 0 starts, you lied to me and you charged such a expensive amount for something that you did not informed to me.Never replied my emails, never got an answer from you, never had a prove of what you are saying, I sent 3 emails without any answer and now you keep pushing to get more money for something that you never informed to us,This people is charging extra 220 dollars for 2 visits that we never booked, they say they came and nobodady was at home, for sure, if we never book how do you think someone is going to be at home.This is unbelievable.

Stay away. Similar to previous reviews we dealt with Shane and it was a nightmare.They recommended a new motor and springs for a double door. After 5 weeks one bolt snapped and the door could not be moved manually anymore. Emergency call out was supposed to be under warranty (sent photos and explained in the morning). The next day we get an invoice of almost $500!! Shane blamed our builder/ building of bad construction. However, the technician used the same bolts as for original springs and overtightened them. Incorrect installation at our cost!Shane did not want to speak to our builder on the phone- instead we had to email him a building report. Finally he took responsibility. 2 weeks later technician came again to fix the problem and was told to only fix one side of the door! Again an invoice of over $275!Poor communication, poor service, they just want to squeeze you for every cent.

Efficient replacement of large double garage size roller door. Did a great clean up of the site. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, Great price would highly recommend.I ran in to my door with the car and i thought i would need a new door.They came out the same day and fixed it and got everything working again and saved me from having to buy a new door. Couldn't believe it!!Thanks again you guys are Fantastic and if i decide to replace the door i will defiantly be calling you guys back.

I was able to call on a weekend and get a technician out that day. The Technician was wonderful, really knew his stuff and sorted our quite complicated problem in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend, so much better than other Garage Door Service Companies that we have used in the past.
