Beyond rude. Called to get a quote, they said someone would call me back to confirm but never did. Next thing I know there's a call confirming a visit to do a quote weeks late. I call back to let them know we've found someone else and the person answering hung up on me without even asking my name. I will NEVER do business with you again and tell all my friends what an incompetent company you are

If I could score higher than 5 stars I would. We are from Melbourne and had some work done to our place in Blackmans Bay just before Xmas. Wow quoted a little bit more (not by much) than other companies but it was absolutely worth paying as we ran in to some trouble at the property with the installation and they went above and beyond to make sure it was all sorted. We also had some issues with the boards after the install (not Wow's fault- our house has some issues!) and they went in and sorted it again with no drama. I wish we had companies like this in Melbourne! Lee and all of the boys that worked on our job were very efficient and super professional , and Nicole and Karen and everyone else in customer service were always incredibly helpful whenever we called. Amazing work and customer service.

We have recently had new floor boards installed by Jason, and carpet throughout the house supervised by Lee. What a great job they have done for us. Both Jason and Lee were so attentive to our needs and we always felt they were caring for us and never just making a sale. So attentive and professional, and we highly recommend them. Huge thanks again.

I had the same experience as Elizabeth Vince. WOW Floors measured for a quote on the 3 April and here it is 19 June and still have not received it. Even after several calls to ask why. What I can't understand is why bother sending your team to measure up if you have no intention to follow through. I would be very wary dealing with WOW Floors. Have ordered through with another company who quoted in less than a week!!!

Recently, we had the basketball court at our facility resurfaced by WoW Floors.Jason and his team provided outstanding service from quote to finished product. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and his team. the boys were courteous, hardworking and easy to get along with. The attention to detail is brilliant.Jason made a suggestion to replace the edging, which we had overlooked. This made a massive difference to the finished product floor.Jason was quick to act when an issue arose. After the problem was identified, (the stain reacted with stainless steel in the floor) Jason was on site within an hour or so and rectified the issue quickly.Jason's professionalism from start to finish was second to none. Even after the floor had been finished, Jason has visited several times to advise on maintenance and to see how the floor is going with regular use.We will engage Jason and his team for annual maintenance on the Basketball court to ensure the quality of the product remains.

Can’t speak positively enough about the terrific service provided at WOWFloors. In a business climate where true professionalism is somewhat of a rarity, we found that Lee was prompt, honest and prepared to go great lengths to provide complete customer satisfaction. The final job looks a treat. Lee is backed by a friendly and highly capable team. Keep up the good work.

To say we're happy with the finish done on out timber floors by WOW is an understatement.Jason and his team are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing a quality product. Went to Store Sat 25th Gave measurements and looked at Flooring Advised would send a quote early in the eek After 3 Calls still no quote.Have now gone elsewhere where I was offered a Free In Home Consultation Turned up on time.WOW Flooring still waiting on my quote

What was supposed to be a quick reno turned a bit more serious when I walked in and found the previous tenants cats had had their way with the carpets. Choosing Wow to polish the underlying floorboards was the best decision I made during the whole process (the worst being repainting the whole place by myself). Jason, Nicole and the whole team were exceptional. They fit me in at very short notice, managing to fit the work in around other jobs. They were also able to offer a heap of advice around the best finish to suit my needs, and in which order I should schedule the floors around my other work. I Would use them again in a heartbeat, but I don't think I'll have to as the floors look like they'll be lasting a while!

First class service from start to end. Nicole was extremely helpful and patient during delays at our end. Jason and his team have done an amazing job lime-washing our floor (see photo). The whole team at Wow Floors are professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
