I went into Williams today after trying desperately to find shoes that suited my orthotics and and that were supportive enough to walk in all day. The staff were so helpful, very patient and very polite towards my two small squirmy children. thank you for the kind service and helping me find a pair of shoes that have saved my life at work tonight!

The man running Eastlands store is rude impatient and obviously not enjoying his job. Wont be going into the store until I receive respectful service.

Visited Williams at Eastlands this afternoon. One rude staff member with fair hair!! Why keep staff like this ??? Wish I could award NO stars. I will never return to this store.

Was prepared to buy two pairs of shoes, if I liked them, but was carefully ignored by staff while I struggled to try on a pair of boots. I have rarely felt so invisible. Won't be returning.
