Correct Inspections

Im sad and truthful with my experience with correct inspections.They might do a better job if you are happy with their price, but if you are going to negotiate, don't even bother to hire them. They will give you a report just for the sake of charging you some amount.I believed that I should have a private inspector for my build, but they did a terrible report, and the building surveyor was actually better than them. The building surveyor was able to independently identify 80% more accurate issues than them. These guys will charge you, but the reports will not have much effort put into it. They won't repond you back if you will tell them they did a terrible job. My recommendation is not to hire these guys but to look for someone else.Update: Brett called and offered a free inspection. I still have not heard back from anyone regarding the terrible report and why the issues were not found by brett but by the independent building surveyor. It's shows a lack of support from Correct Inspections when they give you a report, but they won't answer you what went wrong after. They ask for money one the same day of the inspection but don't respond to their errors. I am still not satisfied with the outcome.It feels terrible when you hire someone for your whole build, and they leave you in between by not finishing what they charged you for. A company should look after every client, but I had to put a review here to get a response from them.

Absolutely love dealing with Correct Inspections. Their bookings are easy, efficient and fast responses. The inspections and very thorough, with great details in the report. We received all our reports within an hour of the inspection, which is a lot faster than we expected. We are also very satisfied with the costs of each inspection, was worth every penny. Overall we are extremely happy and would 100% use Correct Inspections again.

Correct Inspections , have been in the our journey since the start of our build , we have got them for Frame , Pre-Plaster and Fixing/Waterproofing stages till now and we will have them for handover inspections as well. Having them for all the stages have helped me and the builder to keep things under control and all the defects have been rectified in timely manner by builder.

I have used Correct Inspections to inspect my build. Throughout the process they have been responsive, respectful and professional even under short notice. It has been a straightforward process working with them, and if I were to build another project, I would choose them to inspect my build again.

We feel at ease going with Correct Inspections with our current build. Our home is currently being built and Correct Inspections have been great in providing us with prompt reports soon after the inspection has been done. We would definitely recommend going with Correct Inspections.

I am currently building a home with a volume builder and have employed the services of Correct Inspections. They are easy to deal with, turn up when they say they will, and provide a detailed report with pictures on the day of inspection. Excellent service. Very impressed with their work so far. A small price to pay for peace of mind with such a large investment!

We have been using Correct Inspections for our new build. Brett, our inspector, has been excellent. He has been responsive, professional, detailed and friendly. Their inspections identify so many defects (which would otherwise be left unfixed in the finished building) for the builder to fix before proceeding to the next stage. Not only that, but Brett takes the time to explain to you, the building owner, what the defects are, why they are defects and their implications for your building if not fixed. Great quality and great value. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Correct Inspections was the best money I've spent! We bought 'off the plan' and had a traumatic 'final inspection' before settlement where there was substantial issues. Brett's meticulous inspection and his detailed report has resulted in an undertaking to rectify every issue prior to moving in. We will get him back for a second 'final inspection' and the fact that the developers know he's coming back will ensure a great job. Honestly, I can't recommend Correct Inspections enough.

I have used correct inspections throughout my journey of building my first home. They have been extremely diligent with their inspections, they respond promptly and are super easy to communicate with. They were recommended from a friend and couldn’t speak of them more highly! Don’t risk having your builder take shortcuts!! These guys are the real deal!

Brett is one of the best inspectors one will ever come across. I used him on my previous project 3 years ago and using him again.The beauty about this guy is that his reports are not opinion based and clearly shows non compliance to the clauses from the standard.He appreciates the good work of the builders too.Both times my building supervisor has been very pleased working with Brett.If you are a technical person then you will surely enjoy chat with Brett.Keep up thr good work.
