The english fella is an absolute drop kick of a staff member. Walked in the front door which was completely open for him to then tell us he wasn't open but online said he was, which was fine but then argued that we walked through a locked door to gain access to the yard... Shrugged us off and we walked out.

Collected an exhaust system only to realise after driving up the road it was the wrong one. I returned it straight away but was refused a refund. Unbelievable. I was given a store credit which is of no use as I live 2 hours away. Terrible customer service and absolutely heartless manager. This business Not recommended at all. Avoid at all cost.

Amazing first experience over the phone until I went to pick up the parts the guy was an absolute tosser. Tried to sell me the parts for $100 more than discussed over the phone. Trash talked his fellow staff in front of us, shocking customer service. Left without my parts. Would never recommend.
