Lespets and Camden Fine Violins

A really cute setting - husband and wife at work in a little upstairs workshop, full of bridges and bows, parts and violins for the customers they service. I'm yet to play it, but just by sight, decoratively, they have easily added 1,000 value onto the violin I brought in.They both listened to my story, the history behind the violin and why it was so sentimental. This is VERY important to a customer who owns an instrument. They were patient as I umm'ed and ahh'd over which parts I preferred and they respected my choices. I felt respected there as a customer. Again, yet to play the violin, but very happy so far. Thank you Lespets.

Has taken our violin for repairs a number of times there. The violin repair guy is genuinely good and professional. The Chinese lady who sold me the violin was however sneaky and dishonest. She once sold me a violin worth almost $20000 but gave me completely rusty case after I have mad my payment. I did not take the case instead bought a new case somewhere else. Very disappointing!!
