Beacon Lighting Melrose Park
Went to Beacon (Melrose Park) to buy Ceiling Fans for bedrooms and lounge. Oh and one for under our Pergola. Had an idea what we thought we wanted to get however, Amanda set us straight and explained what would work best for the rooms and outdoors. We walked having spent a little more than we had hoped to but, confident we did have the fans for the job.

Bought the Lucci dimmable lamps that are controlled via wifi. Had them for about 9 months now. They often go into connecting mode and flash, making you have to connect to them to make it stop. Then the software needs reconnecting to three lamps if you have three in one fitting. Then the app constantly need updating of information to log in. And if it doesn't keep you in the system, you have to register again. This might work if you havent tried to log in with the right password cause it locks you out for 30 mins. I know the password is correct because I use lastpass. So the whole system is so annoying will never buy these again!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted a glass cover to replace the one which was broken. They tried to sell me something different which would not work. I went to Bunnings and found pleanty of the glass covers I needed. Mind you, I was in Bunnings last week and the staff meber told me to go to Beacon Lithing.It shows that staff training is urgently needed in many stores such as Bunnings and Beacon Lithning.
