Very disappointed. The admin staff border on rude and incompetent. They cannot return a simple email or phone call. The 'professional' was also only interested in whether we could afford the help that we wanted. She also completely ignored the reason we were referred there.. I would expect much better listening skills rather than accounting skill from this don't of practice,

Chris Lee is such an amazing psychologist!! He is very helpful and supportive!! Love the therapy that he provides!! Definitely recommend him!!

The reception have come to recognise my face. Toilets are always available. Will make you a coffee if you want. Therapists/doctors are excellent and on time. Never had to wait more than 5mins.

My experience with this clinic has been great. I found the 'Free Emotional Health Check-up' info via Google and decided to pursue it. This service was conducted by the director of the clinic and enabled her to determine which therapist might be best suited to my needs. Taking the step to seek professional psychological help was daunting, especially considering the potential high costs involved. This free service really made the process a lot easier and I felt they really did have my best interests in mind, not their bank account.The booking and communication has been great and I've had no unpleasant experiences with any of the office staff/receptionists. You leave a message when you call the clinic and they have always called me back quickly.

I can't recommend this place enough! Highly recommend Vivienne Jarrett! Doesn't go by the textbook and genuinely wants to help. I've been to many psychologist in the past 10 years and have never come across someone like her!

After waiting more than 3months for assessment for my son ended up back on wait-list due to not getting back to them in time! I called back 4hrs after they left me a voicemail, as I can not have my phone on me at work and called back at the 'earliest convenience' as the lady mentioned, only to find out she gave it to someone else! Would never recommend this place just a waste of time and unprofessional, for a business that is supposed to help your putting undue anxiety on people due to unrealistic time restrictions.

Extremely disappointed with the experience for my son here. The psychologist lacked any kind of rapport and when I suggested she have toys in the room ready for him she raised her voice at me and told me she had just seen an adult client and that I had been judging her from the moment I walked into the room. She then pointed to the door and said we could leave!! She also told my son he was doing well as so many kids come into her room screaming." We won't be back."

I have really appreciated the support this clinic has given me. I would like to especially thank, Dr David Ward and Dr Terence Teh for their ongoing support and assistance. I cannot recommend these practitioners anyMore highly. They are amazing!

My partner recently went to this practice and came out WORSE than before.. it took over a year for him to build the confidence to see someone in the first place and they absolutely shattered it. He attended 2 appointments for a psychologist that was rude, only to be told he can't book again because he's retiring. Why let him book in the first place? Absolutely appalling and it's a shame he wasted appointments on his mental health plan that your company will receive funding for.

I have had a few sessions now with David Ward utilising his EMDR experience (& skill) and I am making life changing progress. I was ready but hesitant. Dave has made me feel secure, heard and above all safe to let go of trauma that no longer serves me. Very grateful Dave!
