We gave our investment to Ramsey Property to manage after a recommendation. Bec has been wonderful! Our property was vacant with another Agent for 8 weeks before handing it over and Bec leased it within a week. I am so glad that we made the choice to use Rebecca as our Property Manager. Rebecca provides a great service and ensures everything is done in a timely matter. I have had the unique experience of renting a property for which Rebecca was the Property manager and also having Rebecca Managing a Property we own. I can tell you, after seeing both sides of the fence, that Rebecca provides an excellent service to both the Owner and the Tenant.
