Mariana has been taking care of my brows for years and is the only person I trust with them! This salon is so beautiful and calm. The staff are so friendly and attentive and recently I tried one of the facials here. Hands down the best facial I've ever had!! I even bought all the products after! Thank you Mariana and the amazing team at Elysian Cartel for always giving me such a beautiful experience. I always leave feeling refreshed!

When I first moved to Brisbane I really struggled to find someone who could get my brows just right. After trying a few other highly rated and recommended salons only to be left disappointed I was recommended by a friend to Elysian Cartel. Safe to say I have not been anywhere in the past 4 years since. Mariana and her team are simply the best. They pride themselves on perfection and get it right every time. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would encourage everyone who wants amazing brows or lashes to book in. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Elysian for about 5 years (it’s been so long I can’t even remember for sure lol). The staff are so fantastic, kind and damn good at what they do! I regularly get compliments on my brows and always recommend Elysian. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my brows after being a client here, they truly are Brisbane’s best brows!

I have had beautiful relaxing experiences at Elysian Cartel. My facial felt so great I nearly fell asleep! Can also recommend the lash lift and tint, it looked good for ages without having to get extensions. Excellent value for money!

Received a lash lift for $130, however my lashes looked the exact same afterwards. I have asked for a refund 3 days ago and have gotten no response.Update: I called to request a refund and got laughed at when expressing my dissatisfaction with a service. She told me her name was Sonya. I have found out that no Sonya works there… I will not be coming back. Please note they do not accept refunds for faulty services even though it is listed on the ACCC (please find image below of this).As a loyal customer I tried coming back a few times hoping it would be better the next time round. The 2nd lash lift here was not as good as the first. The 3rd and most recent lash liftwas the last straw and unfortunately a complimentary service will not be suffice due to my few attempts coming back. I've been seeing Mariana and the team at Elysian Cartel for over 4 years now, mostly for lash extension and lift/tint services, but also the occasional brow maintenance. I've had the privilege of watching the business flourish from a one woman show to the incredible team they have now and every single service and interaction with each staff member has been professional, exceptionally executed and overall a great experience! There's no other salon I would recommend

The best eyebrows and eyelashes I have ever received!!The salon was beautiful and the stylist was so professional. She talked me through every step and what to expect and how was in depth about my aftercare to looks after my brows and lashes.2 weeks later and I the results still look incredible! Thank you so much Elysian Cartel - exactly what I was wanting to achieve and already excited for my next appointment!!!

I recently went to Elysian Cartel for a facial and the girl who looked after me was so lovely. This was the first time I have had a facial and she explained everything so well to me (as someone who doesn't understand the technical thins behind skin care) and made the experience so lovely. And since having it done a few weeks ago my skin feels amazing! highly recommend!!!!

Have received great services from Nicole and Ainsley. Really love the way they do brow lamination and stain, and can really work with you to create a subtle effect (which was what I was going for). There’s no makeup on my brows in this photo below
