European Bartender School

I lucked out and had a phenomenal group, an amazing team and a top notch instructor.I compare it to going on Contiki with a little more focus on education but it’s an education of something that we’re all passionate about and so it’s easier to consume the knowledge. Not as easy as it is to consume the beverages you make (of which there will be many).You learn how to free pour within 3 mls, you learn so much history of the spirits you’re working with and tasting, you learn how to make some pretty insane drinks and you learn to do incredible tricks that could lead you to do incredible chicks (cheeky ;)).I’m beyond glad I passed but sometimes I wish I didn’t just so I could do it again! What a time, what an experience 10/10 would do again in a heartbeat.Cheers!

I must say that our course was very well organised and structured. The skills we got taught within just a month time were impressive. Particularly the flair routine seemed very overwhelming at first but in the end we all managed to perform like pros ;). What made my experience with EBS really outstanding tho was the support we got offered by Fabienne, Ellen and Matt in Sydney. Taking extra time after classes to go through the routines and giving extra feedback helped a lot to prepare for final exams.

Best 4 weeks of my life. Learned so many new tricks and how to flair off some of the best in the business. Naomi Angie and Nick made the course very easy to understand and helped me with any questions I had. The events where Incredible. Surf camp trip fun and not expensive at all. Would recommend EBS Sydney to anyone that wants to challenge themselves, make friends for life and make and taste some amazing cocktails along the way.

Those 4 weeks of training about everything in the bar and the history of spirits and cocktails was the best choice I have ever taken. My class mates were awesome, my teachers were awesome as well i wish i could turn back time and start all over again best days of my life. :)!!!

To say that this course is worth the price would be an understatement. Steve Rozada, our EBS instructor at the time, was one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. He taught us a lot about work ethic, bartending and so much more. He was a no bs guy with a ton of experience in bartending and had a strong passion for teaching.You can seriously take a lot from this course, but it really depends on how much you want to learn. It definitely wasn't easy at all.There's a ton of training in making cocktails, learning theory, memorizing recipes, practicing flair and free pour. You won't need to worry about not learning enough.There isn't much to complain about regarding the facilities and the location, everything was great, if not decent.Met friends for life here. Shout out to the fam: Steve, Josie, Adam, Saddam, Jia, Pierre, and Damien. Super lucky that I got to meet you guys!!

I did my EBS course in Sydney 3 years ago. I had great teachers, made new friends and managed to get a bar job afterwards easily. One of the best experiences of my life :)

After only a few months in the bar industry, I've followed the EBS course. With all the different kind of knowledge I've learned from the course, I now feel like if I've been working in bars for 5 years!! I had an amazing time with other students and also with the teachers!! Everybody's happy and keen to learn about this amazing work!! It became my passion! Thanks EBS!!

Life changing, intense course but the best memories made

One of the best experience that I had in my life.I did the course in Sydney directly after the covid and couldn't ask a better team than the one we had (Steve and Joao thanks a lot)It's an intense months, you learn a lot, but you also have to work really hard and able to endure the pressure but its nothing compare to the final result.Like I said, amazing experience and great people, they will not let you down.Thanks again EBS
