Didn't get a choice of repairer from Toyota Insurance when we made a claim for a small dent on the rear of our car. We picked up the car after hours and straight away noticed a difference in colour, called them directly to get it resolved and when my wife took the car down to them it was disputed. I took it further with Toyota Insurance and the Assessor agreed their was a difference of colour. They took our car for a second time and finally got it correct. Would not be sending my car back to these guys.

Great experience. Replaced the rear bumper on my 2016 Toyota Corolla Sport. Needed this done by a licensed Toyota repairer as the colour of the car is hard to match and using a licenses dealer for repair keeps the resale value of the car steady. I was given a quote on Friday which was reasonable (especially for a dealer associated repairer) and which came in below my budget (I had allocated funds for the high labour charges associated with dealers). I took the car in on the next Monday. It took a few days to get the work done (which was expected given the time to source the part, respray it if needed and then attach and test it) given that they couldn’t actually start any of this work until they were sure I would deliver the car to them.When I got it back the car looked great; the bumper looked like new, a small area of damage to the bodywork had been patched up, and there was some extra paint included as well. In addition the car was sparkling clean - a nice bonus! Very happy with the work done all round.

Had my car repaired there after my accident, the car was repaired and resprayed on one side. The finished product looked like it was in the dealer showroom Excellent workmanship by the painter, and all the staff there. Thank you again

Had me book an appointment for a quote, only to take a few photos. Told me it would take a day and a half to receive a quote. Went to a place around the corner who quoted me on the spot and seemed far more professional. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unless you are going through insurance don't bother taking your car here for a quote! As they aren't interested in private jobs.. they seem to lose interest in you and your vehicle once they find out you aren't going through insurance, as they won't make as much of a margin off you as they would via insurance... nor do they get back to you with a quote as they say they would.Took my car to sheen instead and got a 10/10 service!Oh and may I add, the guy assessing my car quoted oh you seem to have plenty of time on your hands" when assessing my car.. trying to put me down about the dints and scratches.Just go to a Sheen and get yourself a MUCH better service. This place was VERY disappointing...."

Very good service. Replaced tub if my 2019 Hilux. Marcello is the man to ask for. Got a great team who did excellent job for my car. Very happy.
