Never again! Took my moodle dog for a grooming because a friend recommended. I've made a booking and once arrived there didn't have a good feeling about the place. The guy in the counter wasn't friendly and seems like he didn't like dogs, didn't ask any questions and showed no affection to my dog. Two hours later went to pick him up he seemed different, usually he loves being groomed! Turns out his nails we're cut way too short, it's red and he didn't want to walk. He also had parts on his body bleeding! My dog was really traumatized!

Such lovely staff and super accomodating - were able to squeeze my dog in last minute for an event! Groom was perfect and very reasonable given how matted my cavoodle had become. Will come again!

Brilliant service, they got me in same day that I asked (Saturday). I was very impressed with the haircut they gave my matted over grown Cavvies, they trimmed them very skillfully. Also the dogs were not as stressed as other places

I'm very happy with this groomer. We've been taking our cavoodle Chilli here for a few years. They are reliable, listen to feedback, will groom to your taste (I take a photo to show the finish I want), do a quality job, and our dog is happy. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Pet Design for years now and they're great. Our spoodle dog invariably looks good after a visit. The groomers are patient and gentle and never cut him, even though he has quite a few lumps, bumps and warts. On every occasion, he is given the style cut that exactly meets our request. Our dog is happy to see the staff on each and every visit and has never been distressed by a grooming session at Pet Design. I highly recommend Pet Design
