Recently I had the ever pleasant experience of dealing with Mary Gandolfo and Emilie Klimes. Professional, courteous and compassionate. Thank you both for helping me with securing 2 Lindsay Street Glenroy property.

Highly Non-Professional Staff, Department Manager and Owner. Don't even think of renting with them or giving your property to them for management. It would be a worst experience.Have never seen a pathetic real estate agents in my life except Victoria Real Estate. for more than a year they didn't inform the owner that there was a water leak in wall which caused damage to whole wall of the house. The repair was incomplete even after more than a year. they don't reply to your e-mail but will always threaten you for everything if you complain about the items not actioned.Have escalated complaint to Frank but he was not less in threatening that he will create a mess of my rental history. The owner David was also non-responsive. I just wonder that the 3rd class agencies like these ones still exists and nothing is happening to them.Never ever think of going to them.

I met Frank from VREA at the end of last year. He came recommended as the best agent to look after my property. WELL I couldn't be more pleased with his service and professionalism. He always responds to emails or phone calls promptly and attends to any issues I or the tenant have. His friendly, calm nature puts you at ease. And to put the icing on the cake he found me a most suitable tenant as soon as the building of my property was complete! Nothing is too much trouble for Frank, he will do what it takes to get the job done. Thank you Frank! : )

Been in our home for 3 1/2 years, to this day we have never had proper air conditioning.We have had no air conditioning for the whole of summer 2021 t o 2022. During this time I suffered heart failure and have been couch suffering because the heat in our home is at a consistant 40°c which causes my weak heart to work too hard which puts me at risk of death . Spencer was my property manager and since the start, he was very helpful at èvery step of the lease signing process and day to day matters. When I had to transfer the lease due to personal circumstances, I was bit nervous but Spencer made things way too easy for us. Where does one begin. I could write several paragraphs about some of the worst experiences with a real estate agency in the 20 or so years I have been been. Some adjectives I can use while being diplomatic include; indifference, apathy, and contempt just to name a few. They have made our lives miserable and only care about the rent being paid on time.2 hot summers now without air conditioning. 4 months to replace shattered shower screen in ensuite and so the list goes on.They are despicable and self serving and have no interest in dealing with any rental issues unless it serves them. They have the best customer DIS service according to my rating, and their attitude and communication is nothing short of appalling.to non existent.I would run away as fast as you can if there is any possibility that you may have to deal with these Muppets, just as you would if someone with covid was coughing or sneezing in your direction.All they need is make up and the right costume to reflect their true profession - a bunch of clowns and as useful as panadol for treatment of covidOverall rating is --4/5.

Frank and Adele have been our agents for the last 2 years and we have had a wonderful relationship with them both. They have always been prompt, responsive and action any requests we have had relating to our rental. We were never once left in the dark about any situation.We feel we have been treated so kindly and fairly from the very beginning. By far the best agents we have ever had the pleasure of having. We are definitely sad to be leaving them. We cared for the property as if it were our own and tried to be the best possible tenants, which made way for a good relationship. Their jobs are not easy however they are true gems and whoever in future has them as their agents should count themselves lucky. We appreciate you Adele and Frank, wish we could take you with us!
