The Dogs Den Training Products

I ordered from this company yesterday and needed my order delivered by today as I am going away tomorrow and the express post option was not available for one of the items i purchased so I rang them. The answering machine came on so I left a message. A young lady rang me back straight away and was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure i receive my order today, which I have. Best service I've had in years. Pity my memory is awful as I've forgotten her name. Anyway thank you very much The Dogs Den for a great service.

Amazing service and products.The freedom no pull harness with the euro lead works wonders for my 38kg Lab

I ordered a No Pull dog Harness from this company. I tried at first to get a small raspberry it was out of stock, then a small purple again out of stock and the went to small teal. Somehow I ended up with a medium blue, which I did not realise until I put it on my dog I assumed they were out of stock and just sent me the closest colour. The harness does not work, supposedly it is a no pull harness and it made not once ounce of difference in the amount of pull by my dog. The company refused to change and now I have a $50 harness which is useless I would be better off with a piece of rope. Consider very carefully buying from this company, they do not notify you anywhere to try product before taking off tags so you end up with a useless item.

Fantastic service - they had the item in stock (otherwise only sold through the US) and posted the next day. Best of all, they are a local Australian company.
