Australia Post - Aspley Post Shop

I've been here for passport, collecting parcels and sending mail and they have never been anything other than friendly and helpful here!

Amazing service!The lady that helped with my passport registration was very kind and helpful, I had my photos taken at a different AUS post which she did not think were suitable.. So she took new photos for me.All staff were very kind and had great customer service.They are open Saturday mornings which was helpful for those who work during the week.If you are needing to get your passport done I definitely recommend coming here :)

Great friendly efficient experience today when we were getting passport photos and paper work completed.

This has repeatedly been the worst post office I’ve been to and yesterday was no exception. Waited in line for over 30 mins to be served by a very unfriendly & unhelpful attendee. Avoid at all cost

I have been to so many post offices in Brisbane and never had anything but good service. I don't know who employs the staff at Aspely post-office but they all need some training on customer service. Unfortunately it is my local so I have been here a few times and each time the service has been shocking. The staff here act like they are doing you a favour and you are inconveniencing their day because they have to do their jobs.

Always a line, always the longest wait for service than any other post office.God forbid another delivery of mine is redirected here

The staff here must be trained to be rude and objectionable. Must come from the manager Adam who puffs out his chest and comes up with the most ridiculous reasons why he can’t help you.One of the ladies there is very nice, but not often there.The other older blonde woman thinks she’s the authority on post office procedures, and despite having an email for me to pick up a certain package with all the details, and showing my license for ID, she stated“ I don’t know you.” and refused to give me my parcel.I had to get my husband to go down to collect it and tell her our thoughts.They are public servants and should try to be friendly as the majority of customers are.Never again.!!!

Extremely rude and arrogant. Even when rules and regulations are point out to them they are still correct even though they are wrong by a long way. Stay clear of this place as no doubt they will stuff up your request. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have to go to this office because it is the one that corresponds to me to pick up a package but the staff are not friendly and do not have any patience, always with an angry face. The worst post office I have ever been to. If you don't like your customer service job, why don't you leave your job to someone who loves their job?

Absolutely useless, will do anything to get out of doing a passport application. Not only were the staff extremely rude to other customers in the store, they were ridiculously unhelpful with any questions that any of the customers had. Make your passport applications elsewhere. Unless you get a kick out of someone else’s incompetence.
