Lifeline Shop (Annerley)

It's a lovely second hand op shop most of the clothing is sorted by area instead of size but if you're a 14+ there is a rack but the rest is a luck if the draw. Lovely staff that's for sure very helpful.

I wouldn’t say this place stocks vintage clothing. A portion of it is from different eras but a good part of it is just clothing that could look like it is from the era I.e. glittery. And yet they are only less than 5 years old.Good place if you are looking for a costume but if you want something authentic for everyday you wear this isn’t your place.

Not very happy with the place as most of the clothes around $30-$100, possess themselves as vintage but in reality lots of non branded usual modern clothes that doesn't look vintage at all.

Have found many great pieces but did not buy because of the crazy high prices. The prices are almost always more than what they’re worth retail. I looked at an old pair of guess jeans which are worth about $15-20 that were labelled for $40!! Sadly I never buy anything because it’s not worth it

This is a real fun shop, really well set out and lots of cool bargains, I got 2 pieces of clothing and 5 pieces of quality jewellery! It was a fun experience and the staff were awesome.

For all of you here condemning staff with your 1 star reviews for the most petty reasons. Here's some news for you lot of whingers, they are volunteers and they aren't paid to be polite or offer you outstanding customer service. As a Brisbane born lady, I can tell you , you outsiders really do try their patience sometimes and that's why they are cranky. Just remember when typing out your tasteless reviews of this store that this store raises more money to go toward preventing suicide and homelessness in Brisbane than any other LL store, so have think about this for a minute and save your criticism for paid staff. These ladies give up their own time and their own energy for no pay ! How do you think your reviews make them feel ? If you aren't happy, get off your whining, privileged backsides and volunteer for a day in a store and see how long you last with customers like yourselves, no I didn't think so

One of the most interesting shops, most items are super unique and alternative (boho, goth, grunge...) but the price is high for thrift shops (around $15-25, i bought 3 items for $40 so definitely not cheap, but they are very cool true vintage pieces) If you are into alternative styles definitely check it out, but just be prepared for the higher prices. Was about to give it 4 stars but add an extra on because the location...there are 2 other thrift shops very close to it! These other 2 are more generic and cheap ($3-10). So yeah totally go there and visit lifeline, you can also check out the other shops while at it so that’s a bonus :)

Lots of lovely ppl volunteering and lots of very cheap clothing in very good condition...I recommend you call in and have a look.

Walked in the other day and there's a whole different atmosphere! It used to be my go-to shop but then things went downhill. All the staff are now so friendly and helpful and there's more new stock! It's now back on my regular list!

An abundance of colourful clothing, mostly for women and children though. Wigs galore and lots of ladies' shoes too. Some fascinating ornaments and crockery for sale in the display cabinet as well. Purchased a partially-working anniversary clock for $8. Friendly and helpful staff.
