Have the best doctors great freindly staff always a big smile neen going there near on 40 years say something about the doctors

Unimpressed on an epic level. I arrived 10 minutes early for an 11:30 appointment, and sat waiting for over 45 minutes with no mention of how late they were running. Asked how long it would be and was told I as next. Then after 12:30 I was finally called, only to be met by a rude doctor that didn't bother with any sort of apology for it being so long, then kept asking for paperwork that was not necessary. In the end after just 3 minutes he handed me a bit of paper and said go see the nurse, who then also said take a seat and wait. I only needed a surgical dressing removed and replaced which took another clinic all of 5 minutes to do.They are running the place as a business, yet don't provide any of the responsibilities that a business should, such as notice of being late or even decency of an apology. For that, I walked out without providing the money they don't deserve.I then found other people I know telling me the same thing. Bad decision of mine to go there, but unacceptable service on their part. There are dozens of clinics in the area, go elsewhere and support the ones who will look after you as doctors should.

Use to be great with caring admin staff. Definitely a different, less caring place now. Driven by quick turnover and vaccination incentives. Don’t understand why doctors of 20 + years experience are spending the entire day vaccinating! Wait times unacceptable & Telehealth appointments never even remotely on time. If you are new to the area please look for a different clinic.

Ignore the previous three reviews by disgruntled people who couldnt tolerate waiting a little extra time while the doctors have been completely swamped by appointments being booked back to back for covid vaccinations.Its like they have no respect for the job these doctors do and no understanding of how stressed they have been, trying to keep everyone happy and seen on time.We have had a pandemic for nearly three years and several lockdowns and these people want to complain that they had to wait for a little bit longer? Not buying it sorry. Sounds self centered. Think of others for a change, maybe.I have been a patient since files were kept in a folder on the back wall, not a computer. Thats over 20 years ago.The professionalism and efficiency has not dropped once in all this time. I am always greeted with a smile and the receptionists take the time to ask how im doing when i arrive and when i am leaving, you wont find more considerate staff than that.They deserve more respect and recognition for their efforts.Keep up the good work.

I have been using this clinic now for 34 years and the staff and Dr's are all very welcoming. First started with Dr Miller and have since been seeing Dr Fernandes I won't go anywhere else unless I'm refered through necessity and by Darren.The people here are great...

Very bad experience,waited for around 1hr 20 mins in reception area for Dr Kumari..They are taking very long to see patients. Better to look for another GP if you are in this area..

Dr Fernandes saw my girl and gave her so many tips and taught her so many things in such a short time. Both my daughter and hubby were impressed.

Unhappy with the service provided as i need to pay $62 just to renew my prescription of anti depressant medication! I wanted to do the consultation over the phone but when i called up they said i need to come into the doctors to do an in person consultation!I never needed to pay to get autism medication, only ever to pay for the meds at the pharmacy! Without my meds i become mentally insane!Bunch of scums!

Have always been my doctors and used to be great however wait times are constantly blowing out to over an hour with no explorations even on phone based consultants! Recently sat in the reception area for over an hour while the doctor went out to do a home visit… common sense would have been to see the patient in the clinic before leaving but no thought or care was given not even a simple sorry

Always happy with the level of care and professionalism shown to me and my children from all staff. Wait times like all good gp's can blow out, but I never feel rushed by them once you are in.I've even had them call back with advice and pathology paperwork when we haven't been able to get in on the day. We obviously have out favourite GP but am happy to see all of them.
