I have been training with Rick for 5+ years now. He has always been very professional, patient and genuinely cares for his clients.When I first started at the gym, I had no idea what machines/exercises to start with. But, over time Rick has provided exercise routines that are achievable.As a result, I have been able to achieve consistent progress towards my fitness goals over the past five years.

Fantastic trainer- Very friendly and easy to chat with- Very knowledgeable ( Rick even has a degree whereas most trainers only a certificate)- Flexible to accommodate your routine- Good at explaining the why's you should or not do things a certain wayPersonally , I have done sessions with 5 different trainers in the last 10 years and I have to say that Rick is the best trainer out of them.With Rick you may discuss topics about getting more muscle, losing body fat , toning, your diet, etc.From memory , he even gives you an introductory free session (check for latest details with him).
