Great shop. Had to order a spare part for my felco loppers, ordered it on a Thursday morning and had it in my hands in Wollongong the next morning, less than 24 hours later. Impressive!

Had an issue with a couple of watering wands leaking. Chris helped me out over the phone and got some parts in the mail right away. I got them the next day and it fixed my problem and saved me a bunch of money. Fantastic customer service and great products! Definitely recommend this store!

Wish all businesses had such terrific customer service. Bought a telescopic branch cutter/lopper. Very happy with it, Barnel brand. Superior to anything Bunnings were offering. After several months of solid use it developed a fault. Explained the issue over the phone and without prompting Chris offered to send another at no cost to me, didn't even ask for the used one to be returned. This is not a bogus review btw. But credit has to go to businesses that put the customer front and centre of transactions. Five star.

Being a bushcare and gardening tragic, this place is a bit of a mecca for me. The stuff sold here is all of dependable quality, none of the landfill tier stuff sold at Bunnings, and pricing is pretty on point too. I've done online, I've done pickups and never had a drama. Huge range of tools, books and equipment for any level.

Very quick at packing and getting my package to the post office, as well as replying to my email. I asked them to package it in second-hand packaging and to put a happy birthday message in it for my friend, and they were happy to oblige.
