I have been going to Point Cook Physiotherapy for almost two years and I couldn't recommend it high enough. The clinical Pilates classes are run professionally and the team are very dedicated to personalising your program and adjusting it as you go. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just went to this Physio and I am pleasantly surprised with the amount of care and willingness to help that the physios had to offer. Went in there with back problems and the physio was very informative about what the problems are and how to fix them. I'd gladly recommend this place to anyone with a back problem! :)

After 20 years I've experimented with different therapies and relief for the wear and tear that my wonderful life brings to my physical body. Thanks to Pilates at Point Cook Physiotherapy, I'm now enjoying expert help specific to my individual needs, easy of movement and decreased pain. The team are friendly and helpful, classes are small and Maia, the practice principal is a wealth of knowledge as well as always being an uplifting and inspirational person to spend time with.

Symmetry staff and Physio practitioners are extremely good at their roles. The Physio I was assigned to was very highly qualified and did a great job on my particular condition. Went through four sessions with her and was more than satisfied with everything she got me to do and her expertise in her role was very satisfying. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend this Clinic. Friendly & helpful staff. Have been receiving post op treatment and strengthening advice. My physio has comprehensive knowledge about the surgery I had and took the time to explain and answer my questions. I cannot fault the level of care I’ve been receiving.

One of the best teams of physio’s in the western suburbs. Constantly updating their knowledge and skill set with the latest technologies and education from all over the world. Their Clinical Pilates programme is so good and challenging and functional (depending on your requirements) it made me want to become a Pilates instructor too! Maya and her team are second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them for Physio treatment or Pilates.

The treatments that I have received from 2 different physiotherapist there have been wonderful!!! and the Pilates classes are the best, exercises are really focused on what I need. Highly recommended.
