So i need to sell an arm and a leg to buy a shower head. $110 is a joke. I think mitre 10 NEEDS to be replaced by bunnings. Shaking my head !!!!

Served twice, each time by two of the young blokes. Hands down best customer service in a hardware shop between here and the Gold Coast. Knowledgeable of product, efficient, friendly. If these two aren’t set to inherit the business they should be.

Rude, abrupt staff, ordered online for a click and collect, no stock and was told in no uncertain terms that they couldn't be bothered with it. Was told another week, cancelled order. For such a small town and business, you would think they would welcome return custom. Not at this place, avoid. Overpriced anyway. Home hardware it is.
