I’ve used Splash every year since 2010 to manufacture my schools anuual music CD and they’ve been fantastic always delivering in time for the concert launch and often completing the artwork from student designs. They’ve also supported the McGrath fundraiser manufacturing CD for artists who donated their music to sell for the fundraiser. This year they are manufacturing my own 40th anniversary compilation CD. Thanks guys you’re awesome..:)

Terrible customer service and poor prices. This store botched a simple job (printing 6 x A4 pages 'two-up' so the files would print out at A5 size - aka 3 pages total). I work in the industry so I know this is not difficult. Instead I received one page only of the file printed at A5 size, on three separate A3 sheets of paper. For this I was charged $15. The lady also refused to put the A3 paper through the printer again (which was only covered a quarter in ink) to print the balance of the artwork, because we charge per click". Beware too that the prices on their website are out of date with what they charge in store. I raised this and the lady just said "sorry". Save yourself the drama and go to Officeworks. 15 min and $6.90 later I had the printouts I needed with no fuss."

Super customer service and excellent quality of product - a thorough;y great experience all round

Exceeded expectations.We were visiting Melbourne from Vancouver, Canada and decided to do some busking. We had printed our CD before but didn't bring any copies with us so we decided to go to Splash Print.We only have a rough draft of our artwork with us but the gentleman at Splash Print touched it up and made it perfect without any additional cost. Everything was taken care of and it took about 10 minutes to set it all up. Really fast turnaround and excellent final product. They even threw in an extra 4 copies of the CD free of charge.Overall, I am very pleased with the final product and after shopping around a few different print shops I'll say the price was unbeatable and the quality was top notch!Thanks!

0 customer service, sent info for a job only to enquire about its progress the following week to be told they haven't done anything with it. When confronted about it was received with a poor attitude and a don't give a rats attitude
