- Damaged a wheel- Did not solve the issue and waste my timeThey did a standard car service and replace new battery for me, it was charged me around 850 dollars but at same time damaged a wheel without any apologies and compensation. However, the main concern I came to their store want to get fixed is clicking sound while I was driving, somehow they are either not professinal or did not do car inspection properly maybe, they told me have to replace some parts as they feel those faulty" parts possibly caused clicking issue

Awesome people and very helpful and great service from John and he’s team. Their communication with customers is awesome as they keep you up to date via phone call and also explain what they've done on your car in person. Good prices, good team, I highly recommend auto masters.

The best service I have had in years for my cars. Super friendly quality driven Team. I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest now that I have found them. Highly recommend these guys. John is amazing - Kudos to him as he is a pleasure to deal with every time.

John and his team do an exceptional job. I went back for my car service after switching to them to get my AC fixed. They really look after you and your vehicle to make sure you have a peace of mind and go above and beyond to exceed expectation. I highly recommend John and his team.

Zero 0 Star. They don't deserve any stars!!!I have been taking my car to be serviced by John at AutoMaster on Albany Highway for a while but no more- it is very disappointing !! Last week I bought a new car 2010 Honda Civic and had it checked by an experienced mechanic. He said it was in good condition but due for a service and there was a small leak around the power steering pump which he said was most likely the O rings on pressure hose.John told me the pump needed replacement and they would replace with a reconditioned pump. I was charged $995 and agreed as I don’t know about cars. My friend got a quote from Global Automatics in Bibra Lake and they recondition the pump and labour with genuine Honda oil for a maximum cost of $500 wow that is a huge difference !!!! I feel like I have been taken advantage of…… To make things much worse I pick up the car and there is a 40cm long crack in the windscreen which was not there when I drop off in the morning- I was very upset but they refuse to take any responsibility to fix. Eventually we went back and John said he would contact his insurance company…., the service is so bad I am extremely disappointed ☹️ I will NEVER be going back - be WARNEDJohn's attitude was not acceptable at all. So rude and talk down to me. Dishonest, overcharged, unethical. Terrible.

John and his amazing team always go over and above the call of duty! I usually get my car services with them but even when I've had a hose break unexpectedly they were happy to help and did all they possibly could to get me going again as quickly and cost effectively as possible. I will be recommending this team to everyone I know ❤️

A personal thank you to John for such amazing and personal service. Something you just don't see anymore. My car wouldn't start after a collision, and I wasn't sure whether to have it towed in to the service centre. Since I was in the area, he actually drove to my house and personally inspected it. Ill be booking in the centre soon, and will be recommending them to all I know. Thank you.

Normally rely on Auto masters for anything mechanical and servicing of my vehicle. Left disappointed by this visit, Brett was really good at explaining things but I felt that they really just tried to upsell wherever possible they could find to make some money. Not what you’re looking for when you’re wanting an honest opinion before a long trip. Had oil changed etc and hoovered which was all good. Had service-recommendations for fuel injectors at 490 but checked other garages and they worked completely fine and told it wasn’t needed, this is common only for poor working injectors. Gearbox mounts described as aged and cracked were described by another mechanic as completely fine and no issue. The shock absorbers are a sneaky addition that again was recommended even though there’s no damage to them but simply a few years old. They did evaluate my fuel filter and brake fluid fine so I’ve since had these changed elsewhere but can’t say I’ll use the company again after this experience. ULTRATUNE was more than satisfactory and would get my custom next time. Since spoke to owner who reassured me it wasn’t simply an upsell but rather an in depth overview. I do agree it was very thorough which is a good thing but I also feel they do add “recommendations” as a means to upsell from a cheap service within the market but some may enjoy the “thoroughness” others may feel it’s there to encourage extra spending. The call back was a good gesture of course. Take of this what you will.

I used to get my car serviced at rac but I am so glad to be a customer for auto masters cannington. The owner is a very experienced person who makes it his mission to give great customer service and his team does a fantastic job at looking after my carI feel confident to recommend this company and this location. Thanks to all for your help and advice on keeping my old car in the best running condition. Lynette

John and Kevin were both knowledgeable and professional. They were also friendly and happy to explain their diagnosis and solution. I had issues with aircon and brakes plus standard to major service. All sorted! The car issues I had are generally pricey to get fixed but I feel that the fee I paid was reasonable for the job. Happy to come back for future needs!
