Be prepared to wait….Staff was lovely but we are still waiting on a report of the MRI for a stress fracture 4 days laterEven after chasing it and following upIt’s disappointing that this service for a premium fee has not been delivered within reasonable time frame

I would like to sincerely thank the radiology staff for their warmth and kindness shown to me.The bookings staff, Frances in MRI, Carole in CT, Jennifer P in recovery bed bay , Scott and Dr Kos all made me feel relaxed and cared for. The communication throughout was excellent and I appreciate all of their efforts. Jack Lewin assisted us to the car in his meal break and saw us safely away.A special thankyou to Dr Wally Kos who performed the procedure with great patience continually reassuring me during the treatment.I am so amazed that after 6 weeks I am now pain free and happy to be a successful recipient.

I want to say a huge thanks to the MRI team , especially Scott. The booking team was helpful , the nursing staff were kind. Scott was brilliant at his job making sure i wasnt in pain for the scan , always explaining what was happening and choosing some great music to distract me. A really great place to have an MRI with the report done quickly for my surgeon. Thank you

Excellent service. Had 3 MRI done here and all were bulk billed since I had specialist referral, medicare and health care card!
