Would strongly advise any home owners/renters to stay clear from Roxby Downs realestate as a previous tenant I am absolutely appalled from the current property manager’s professionalism and code of conduct especially around confidentiality. If I could rate this a 0 star I would do so but unfortunately I have to give them a one star rating. If your a home owner in Roxby downs please do not trust this realestate company with your house as they’re not keep up with reporting the maintenance to the owners aswell as trying to rip you off and trying to charge Tenants with cost of repairs to maintenance that were outstanding before leasing the house to you. Document everything!

I'm only (begrudgingly) giving a star to leave my experience with them out in the open for people to please please think twice before choosing this incompetent real estate agency. We trusted Lin Andrews to look after our property as we chose to keep & rent out. Things started off well, then slowly as time went by, I was forever chasing the rent, PM always had an excuse, we kept paying the bank from our savings the mortgage which shouldn't have happened as this rent was to help, not us paying rent where we lived plus mortgage there. Continuously happened on a regular basis. When I spoke with the PM I was told you are lucky to be getting the rent you are! Seriously? You were the PM & Lin Andrews was being paid by us for a job that wasn't being done. Cut a long story short, the management of our property was unprofessional, lazy, staff with excuses. To get a phone call to say we had to replace all screen door locks as the others had rusted over time but of course rent wasn't constant was a joke. To suddenly realize that night I had been duped by the PM with a blatant lie. They don't rust, the tenant who had moved out had taken the keys, the PM didn't want to be honest, hit us up to pay for replacing but thankfully I realized what they were suddenly trying to do. After speaking with Warren Andrews at length he promised us they will do better, they gave us 3 months management fees for free as he wanted to prove they were better. My husband (the give people another go person) me very sceptical but wanted them to prove they were better gave them another go. MAJOR mistake. Rent was always on time, statements emailed to us, any issues contacted us the new PM was so lovely. Little did we know no routine inspections were ever done, only one & that was when they moved in. There was repairs needing to be done in our ensuite, I constantly asked PM for pics, no response. We asked for a handyman they used to tidy up some bits for us, the PM was sure no problem leave it with me, never happened. Finally had enough when we were getting no reply from our PM, even though we left numerous emails & messages. I rang the office to then be told that our PM had gone, there was one person in the office who wou.d have got the brunt of everybody's anger (which was not right) no email or call to let us know what was happening. I rang Roxby, emailed, rang Warren Andrews mobile, message bank, rang the Denmark office, excuse after excuse. So March this year we changed to Sam Secker Real Estate. BEST MOVE EVER, very happy with them. Last thing with LIN ANDREWS.....today I became absolutely speechless, angry, emotional that LIN ANDREWS HAD NOT BEEN PAYING THE WATER RATES AS PER NORMAL & my new PM had to let me know that we owed $2200 for the last 2 invoices that they had totally ignored, a reminder was sent by council, they also ignored, the next invoice was due, they also ignored. How you can treat clients this way who pay you good money (too much for you) & this is the professionalism? WARREN ANDREWS, what your real estate agency has done to us is shameful, you shouldn't be even running one, you are so unprofessional, it's all about money to you. I know you stepped down as a Director there but you are still involved (unless you have been sentenced) & I hope some day you get the same treatment you have given out, you deserve it.

Andrew's provided us with a very poor management service. They managed our property, but did not check it for damage. When the tenants left, they did not return the keys to Andrew's, and Andrew's didn't bother trying to get them returned. Our property had some damage done by the tenants, but this was not repaired. It seems like the tenants may have received their entire bond back! Most disappointing! We learnt an expensive and unfortunate lesson.

The most incompetent dishonest real estate agent ever. Did not tell me that a tenant has decided to stay after saying they were moving out...the tenant didn't pay rent and this garbage excuse for an agent effectively nothing. (ledger available ) They refused to return my keys, stating I has to pick them up personally or get a new agent to pick them up. I live 650 km away so I can't. When I got a new agent these scum refused to hand them over,so I had to get the locls changed. (emails available).After I did some online checking I found something interesting. Just Google -Warren Andrews (he's the clown that runs the agency) and sexual assault.

I had a terrible experience with Andrews Property which left my 93 year old mother and myself homeless for over a week. This cost us an extra $2,000 for accommodation not to mention the stress. We had to store our furniture and have it moved twice (extra cost) I was never offered an apology for the incompetence just lies and more lies. Please stay away from this Company.
