The team as V Mech we’re awesome to deal with! I approached them with a leaky rear main seal on my NP300 and the team were able to get me sorted out quickly and at an affordable price. They were helpful before, during and after the repairs were completed. Would highly recommend them for any mechanical work.

Not everything is at a it seems. You can't provide all positives, there has to be a negative. We no longer use V-Mech, along 5 other vehicles and 3 families. Whilst at the beginning everything was fine, even the mobile servicing but sadly saw the cracks. Things were being missed, items identified and not replaced, one specific transmission job where not all components were replaced, in the end we felt the attention to detail wasn't there. Whilst the customer service was excellent, its the vehicle you need to be in top condition. After many years we have moved on, it has been a pleasant surprise having someone else check the vehicles. Wish them all the best but not with our vehicles and cash.

V-Mech Automotive deserve 5 stars from me! For someone who dreads anything to do with cars, Scott and Hayley make the process so easy from start to finish with impeccable customer service! Would recommend!

Great service from Scott. Does a great job on my car and informs if any issue needed fixing. Friendly and feel very welcome when in the office.

Our last mechanic has moved into teaching and recommended Scott and the team at V-Mech to us. Just had our two cars logbook serviced and I can see why the high recommendation. Full 160,000km service done on my MY15 DMax SC and I'm very happy.To Scott, Kristen and HaleyThank you very much for the care and improvements made to my Dmax through your service. It is so, so much better to drive with the new H/D clutch and new brake pads etc. The detail you have gone through is incredible.Thank you for your recommendations for the tyre pressures and I have swapped the rims and tyres back onto the DMax from my ‘Get Away’ trailer as they are the same rims and tyres and have much better tread.I have tentatively locked in Tuesday, 25 July into my diary and calendar for the follow-up (1 month / 1,000kms) check-up.Again, thank you all for your hard work and courtesy.

Great small local business, well staffed and set up.First time I have had my car serviced here and happy with the communication and service.Not all mechanics are the same, These guys went at leastseveral steps above what you think you get but probably don't at a car dealers shop.
