Had them do some alterations to my trousers. The trousers came back too short. It was all my fault as I measured them wrong yet the staff were happy to fix the trousers and wouldn't allow me to pay for the changes. Truly fantastic customer service!

DO NOT USE FOR PRECIOUS ITEMS! Had a Christening robe in for cleaning. I was told that they did lace and when I offered the baby coat hanger was told the gown would be put on a delicate hanger. The lace is from a wedding gown, the neck bias banding is new.When I collected the gown part of the lace on the bodice as well as the banding on the neck line has been shredded. Gown was also hung on adult wire coat hanger. The gown is unable to be worn again in this condition! A family heirloom ruined. No responsibility taken when I returned to the shop - unprofessional.

MELVILLE DRY CLEANERS .... THIEVES!!! They lost my partners shirt on 28th May..... 3 weeks later we are informed it's lost.She was given 60 dollars to by a new shirt as compensation....... Now 2 and half months later we get notified 1. the shirt had been found 2. We have to pay back the 60 dollars for the top purchased

Just picked up my $600 woollen underlay. Could have cried. Completely ruined, wool all matted. Was told I could pick it up Saturday but went in on Tuesday instead. Wasn’t packed ready to grab, owner had to leave and get it out of her car, not even in a plastic bag. Appalling, will never go back and will tell people to avoid this business.
