My partner has been employed by this company for roughly 2 months. Absolutely disgraceful and shocking that they have stayed in business this long. Payroll is useless, pays either come very late or not at all. They have caused so much stress over the holiday season for our family. My partner has sent them 40+ emails throughout his time with them and only recieved 8 back. They will claim that ‘if you are signing in and out of the app correctly you will be paid correctly’ but this is an absolute lie because my partner has used that app religiously. When being called and questioned about it they act as if it is his fault for not being paid and that he mustn’t be using the app correctly. The supervisors always confirmed his shifts on the days he did them and yet Labour Power were completely useless. They seem to only have 1 woman running the show who works ridiculous hours and probably services all employees. My partner has now had to leave a job that he really loved because this company has done so wrong by him and caused our family too much stress. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Worst employment agency ever. Payroll is useless there a constant issues with pays either your not paid correctly or you’re not paid it all. When you call to tell them about it they act if they are they are doing you a favour by getting it fixed. Constant rostering issues and constant deflecting And blaming our supervisors which is a complete lie because our supervisors confirm all hours and showed that we are rostered on their roster. Save yourself a headache don’t go through them I don’t know how they have stayed in business they are beyond a joke.
