I have had problems with wax buildup in my ears as well as pain for some time now. Susan was very good at putting me at ease and explaining the procedure that would take place. It was painless and I can now hear better now.

As soon as I walked in Hannah made me feel extremely comfortable. She was bubbly yet comforting and during the procedure explained how everything was going. She was also very gentle and as soon as Hannah had removed the wax I felt so much better. Hannah was very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending her and the fantastic service.

Referred to Earworx by my Doctor. Coffs Harbour Earworx registered nurse Susan, was able to help me at short notice and the procedure was so easy, quick and I experienced immediate relief.
