Should have reconsidered my dinna options the moment i walked in considering the state of the floors tables and rubbish laying around, aksed for a large 3 peace feed and what i got was cold unsalted chips 3 bits or bark that were apprentelty chicken and gravey well enough said ...all was binned before i left the premises...good luck to this place if it still standing in a few years time ...

Got a bacon and cheese zinger and you’s forgot to add something that’s in the name of the burger!!? Bacon! Geez I don’t think there’s a good kfc in this joint. All run by teenagers who don’t give!!!

Asked for an original tenders box. 15 minutes after I ordered, I was told they didn’t have any tenders because the “chef” didn’t want to cook them.I asked for them to be replaced by original chicken pieces. They didn’t have any of them ready either but amazingly, the “chef” was now prepared to cook the tenders.Completely and utterly hopeless.

Absolutely filthy place, food is some what okay and the enthusiasm the staff have with each other should be put into their job they do. Besides that, the rest rooms and the floor are as bad as the Townsville City Councils rubbish trucks just after Christmas !!Highly don't recommend!

I went to get my daily zinger stacker box and I was served by a young gentleman by the name of Jimmy. He was being rude so I asked what’s the problem here and he proceeded to jump over the counter, drag me into the toilets and violate my private parts. I felt uncomfortable and to this day I’m traumatized and seeing a counselor. I’ll never look at kfc in the same way again. Stay safe guys.

Was parked for over 15 minutes after being told it would be only 7 minutes for tenders. It was the tenders that were undercooked.... then had to leave through an exit that led to traffic lights instead of straight into the road I needed. I understand the exit was not the problem so much, but it added to my negative experience.

Paid $51 for a burger boxWas told no tenders no wrapsReplaced with 2 chicken nibblies one large chips 1 popcorn 1 burger and a drink. Had I saw when ordering I would not have spent a cent there.Such disappointment

Ordered twister combo for dinner on my way to work.Got a zinger twister.I've had gut issues unable to eat spicey food so no dinner for me.Try ringing to advise them phone engaged for the last 20min.Disgusting preformance
