Want to say a huge thankyou to Belinda and her team including Ramona and Bec for their expertise and friendliness over the past 4 years while managing our rental property. Always prompt and efficient dealing with any problems which arose including attending court when dealing with a very troublesome tenant and getting result in our favour. It got to a time when we decided to sell the rental, having used Belinda to sell our previous family home at a great price, we had no qualms about using her as our agent again. Yet again within 2 home opens she achieved a sale price which we were happy with. I had Explore Property South West manage my property at Meadow spring for over 3 years now . The company has grown over the years to a bigger organisation of late and I find the management team are very responsive. Taylah Broadhurst who was directly responsible in managing my property was excellent throughout. Response time was within 24 hours and she managed to work with the tenant quite effectively and maintain that cordial relationship with the landlord and tenant to give the best outcome for both parties.I got a more personalised service and they will ensure the house are property maintained . As an investor this is an important consideration when considering a property management company .

Went to look at a property that was for lease.It was it was so dirty and cockroaches were present that I wouldn't think anyone would apply for it.can't belive that a property would be offered for rent with that sort of condition for $550pw.

Will never use them again. Our property was left dirty, paint ripped off wall, shower screen filthy,bed broken, never cleaned properly in a year. When trying to rectify agents kept making excuses. Had to get my own cleaner in because of prolonged response times and fix broken property. Very disappointed!!!!
