Mortlake Caravan Park
I will never recommend this area for families that want to have fun. The birds were extremely noisy and disturbing. The owner/reception is racist and blamed us for things we never committed. He kicked us out of the park without warning and disrupted our holiday. The kitchen is dirty and contains many bugs, such as ant infestations and spiders everywhere. There is no playground or swimming pool for kids, so there is nothing for them to do. The toilets barely have any soap and paper towels.

We would highly recommend this park. Quiet, lush green grass, very clean amenities and a very nice and informative caravan park caretaker.

Mortlake Caravan Park
We have just spent a lovely 7 days here. It was peaceful and quiet. The lake, birds, dogs and koala added an extra touch. The amenities were clean and Richard and Shirley lovely hosts. Wish we had of brought our dogs along to enjoy the trip.

Mortlake. Hmm .. thriving ? NO! MOYNE SHIRE is a joke. And it's not a funny joke! Every road in and out of Mortlake is ruined. MOYNE SHIRE does very little maintenance on the park . Trees are a danger . Bathrooms DO NOT meet health code . Birds are out of control.Better off going to Terang. It's cheaper , it's better and it's in a different shire .

Stayed overnight on camping site recently. Paul a very charming host. Facilities old but very clean and well maintained. Camp kitchen no frills but adequate. Pleasant location and good for dogs.

Lovely little park. Dog friendly Nice mix of gardens and countryside. Small town with a couple good places to eat. Park owner is really sweet. Amenities were nice. Lovely place to camp overnight. One downside was the birds. Those things don't know how to be quiet. I suggest you bring earplugs. Would stay again if I ever pass through there again.

Very clean, peaceful. Park manager is awesome. Skate park for kids, small but tidy and easy to navigate. Lots of walking trails and sensational bird life.

Mortlake Caravan Park
Have stayed here many times in the past. Will not come back until there is new caretakers as presently they are both extremely rude and have no people skills. Park has had some renovations and is a filthy mess im sure it will get better as grass grows. Many in the park were all leaving early because of caretakers attitudes.
