I recently placed my commercial property (a dental practice) on the market for sale with the team at John Hill Real Estate.From the initial discussions I felt comfortable with the efficient and realistic approach taken. The marketing was excellent with appropriate advertising, floor plans and photography attracting a significant number of viewings.Working as a dental practitioner onsite I was able to view the professional manner in which Zarko showed the property to the interested parties.Come auction day whilst the property should sell itself, both Sam and Zarko were able to assist the bidders realizing an excellent final result.The property sold above what was clearly a realistic reserve.The whole experience was polite, efficient and smooth…I would recommend and engage John Hill in the future.

Not very caring company. Don't go for it.I totally didn't get much chance to negotiate with previous tenant. Then it'd been empty 2 years until I changed to another small company which communication and negotiation got much faster.2 years empty I lost $70k, I'd rather giving previous one half price for another 3 years!
