Should be about prevention not profits. Rent increases of 50%+ for fellowships using existing structures for decades. Will force closures of groups and reduce the availability of places were people are able to access help outside of normal hours. Prevention is better than cure. SHAME EACH

We just found out the cook has been sabotaging our sons diet for the whole year by giving him all the things we asked him not to have. Unfortunately for our son certain foods have a negative affect on his behaviour and well being which has taken us years to unpick by engaging with different health care professionals that specialise in this area. The cook it seems however knows better.Further to our insult, the room carers, rather than make sure he was being properly looked after, treated our son who turned 4 this year, served us with their policy on bullying procedures. Basically informing us if things don't change our son will be managed as a bully. All of this because our son wouldn't sit down at group time, would not do what he was told and threw tanties. Go figure, a 3 year old throwing tantrums and using offensive language. So rather than change his diet which was affecting his behaviour like we requested, they want to treat him like he has behavioural issues that need to be addressed by applying their policy on bullying procedures. Even the dietitian at the centre disagreed with the findings of the specialist diagnosis we received from our health care professionals who specialise in this area, disagree mind you without even looking at the results or scientific evidence we supplied to plead our case. This is how they have treated our son who turned 4 this year.At the beginning of last year the cook took the only thing our son could eat for breakfast off the menu, porridge. No other nutritious alternatives were provided, that is of course unless you think rice bubbles are a nutritious start to the day, every day, year in year out. At the time the cook told my wife porridge was breaking the budget". And no

The wait time is not good, especially when both you and your partner took time off work to come there. But once in, the care is good.

Genuinely kind and caring MDs with broad knowledge of women's health and well-being. Love going there. There's ansolutely no BS and their efficiency is blended with cleverness, common-sense and good humour. Congratulations on your team effort in caring for me over many years. Andrea

Used to love going to the art group on Thursday with Di.However, totally disgusted with EACH new policy for NDIS participants. Been told I cannot attend now as I don't want a support worker for 4hrs a week.So many people have had to leave groups they have attended for years. They have thrown their participants under the bus.Communication has been deplorable and EACH has not looked after it's participants at all.

Nurses don't have the best up to date knowledge. Was told in order to have a specific procedure they need scans and a certain time limit to pass as per the law (checked with my doctor , they do not ! , was able to get another doctor to help with my condition) . If you're seeking sensitive help and find the nurses or staff judgemental, you need to get on to government website and get a bulk billed telehealth consult. There's many ways to get help and this place is NOT IT. This place asks for too much information that's not required . Felt uncomfortable. Unhappy experience . Shame on you guys!
