House of Polish Seaford

When I walked in today I asked if there was anyone available for a pedicure, the lady at desk said something like 39 dollar shellac? .I just nodded as I had asked a question. I was told to sit down ,not shown where , ignored, cold water in foot spa,bag broke, massage seat broken .no staff spoke to me .i will never return .I walked out with wet feet .

Very disappointed with the treatment and services I received today. Always come for pedicures at Seaford and have not had issues in the past. However, today the person who did my pedicure was extremely rude, rushed through the pedicure very roughly didn’t even push my cuticles back so got half painted nails, yanking the towels from under my feet, and when I asked for my nails to be trimmed a little I got told very rudely that “no they couldn’t cut my nails as they were too small already”… sorry I can’t help that I have small nails. Very disappointed! And will reconsider coming back here again!Edit it’s not like they were busy either there was only two people in the store at the time I was there.

Rushed and the young lady was quite abrupt. I get a lot of manicures- I wear acrylic. She missed an entire step. It’s been a couple of hours and they are all warped and bubbled. How does that even happen? She didn’t even finish herself- passed me on to a new girl training to start someone else. One nail was way shorter than the rest. Very disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I came in last Sunday afternoon for a standard pedicure (not shellac). The lady (wearing glasses) did my cuticles and cut them to far, it wasn’t too painful, but a couple of times I felt it happening. Three days later and I have an infection starting in my toe. $39 infection! Ouch.

I paid $85 for short square acrylic nails, with a basic colour the lady didn't even trim my cuticles and then got a new person to do the nail polish which wasn't done well and had bubbled within a few hours and was missed down the sides of the nails. I went back to explain I needed the colour re done. they agreed removed the polish then said it will be $36 for the colour change which I had no choice but to pay again after they'd removed the colour,...$36 for a nail colour change??? Let alone the fact it was after there own messy job in the first place, I've been coming there for years and I won't be returning.....hygiene also lacking with all the equipment

Went for an acrylic refill. Person doing my nails had trouble getting gloves on. Kept getting the fingers of the gloves caught in the drill. Dig lines through the acrylic (so unsure what this was for and have been getting nails done for years). Dug the drill into my cuticles, have 2 very sore fingers. Walked off after ‘filing’ my nails and did not see her again for almost 10 mins. She then came out and was looking at herself in the mirror. Did not say one word. Literally not a sound. Worst experience I have had. Walked straight out and will NOT go back.

Recently moved to the area and wanted to try a local business. Quite disappointed with the experience. Started getting manicure with one of the staff(she seemed like she was new to the business as the lady next to her was telling her what she needed to do(which I am fine with, as new staff need to be supported.)Suddenly though she was asked by another lady to go do pedi for another lady (who had arrived after me) nothing said to me, and left waiting 30 mins with nothing being said. Was about to leave and another lady came and continued my mani. Told me the charge for mani, which was $20 more than the advertised price. When I asked why, told it’s because I have picked a more expensive colour?! I ended up picking another colour. Switched to a Third staff who rushed the mani.I understand businesses are short on staff, but how about a little customer service.. as someone who regularly gets nails done, i was very disappointed by the service here.I will be looking for another local business to support.

Been here 5 or 6 times now and always leave with beautiful nails. I’m always very happy with the job they’ve done and they’re all so friendly. Will continue coming back.

I haven't had my toenails painted by anyone else in my life I am older and absolutely loved it..this is the second time at this salon and the feeling was just as good as the first. They did a wonderful job..I was made to feel special thank you...
