Just rang and spoke to Chris and the information was good and the service was polite and so I booked in for 4 new tyres.

Booked in for 2 new tyres. Came out with car pulling to the left. Refused to fix the problem said it was our problem (car had just been through rego/service the week before and was fine only needed new tyres) also left grease all down the side of my car and fitted different tyres to what I asked for and ordered. Didn't tell me this until I came to pick it up. Really disappointed.

Worst Expeince i have ever had with a Tyre fitter in my 40 years of driving.Not only did my car come out after getting 2 new tyres fitted a liability & dangerous to drive, with a bad shaking in the front wheels, the manager Peter refused to take ownership for the problem passing the blame to others.He ran his own staff into the ground, also stated it was a difference in opinions after I had to put into another mechanic to fix the problems with my car and refused to compensate me or even admit he was at fault.Peter the manager at Bridgstone Grafton is a complete clown who should not be running a Tyre shop, I advise all people to go to Clarence Valley Tyres or another tyre fitter, these guys are a liability.

HiI'd like to start by taking my one star off, Peter at Bridgestone Tyres doesn't even deserve 1 star, so 0 stars for you Peter the Franchisee of this store.My husband Andrew Richardson , put our car in for two new tyres came out with two new tyres and a bad shaking in the wheels, Peter did not balance tyres properly, 90 on one side 100 on the other work that out. Then advised my husband of a broken Idler arm, stating he can't do wheel alignment, Peter asked you want this fixed ?, suss Peter.The car had passed rego inspection the day before with Motortourque Grafton mmm Peter more suss. The car was put back in with Motortourque Grafton, they state No idler arms ok, really Peter really suss now and cost me $120.Then Motortourque did a wheel balance on the tyres Peter at Bridgestone had fitted, what do you reckon Peter No Shaking anymore.My husband tried to talk to Peter asking s refund for the $120 incured having to get our car checked by mechanic, he refused argues with me husband and even spoke over him in the store refuse g to acknowledge he was at fault.Peter acts nice pretends to be nice,Until there is a Problem with his workmanship or Advise re apparent broken parts on your car. Which i beleive now to be behaviour consistant with Liar, trying to get more out of you stating tho he wrong with car when not.Then Peter will become Arrogant, refuse to accept liability and pass the buck if possible, he runs his staff into the ground to customers and should not be a manager of anystore.You are not fooling anyone Peter, on the way out of town getting fuel I ran I to another lady who works at a garage who had a very similsr problem re broken parts on car after coming to you with a car that is fine.We now Will See you in Depatment of Fair Trade Peter to recover our costs due to your Negligent AdviseI
