Crest Residential were our property managers (while we were tenants) for almost 3 years and during that time they were always professional. They took a chance on my partner and I as first time renters and made our experience very worthwhile. If you are looking for a property manager, I would definitely recommend Crest Residential as not only are they super helpful (to both landlords and tenants), they are also lovely people!

Natalie and Peter were a delight to work with, with both the tenancy and eventual sale of our property. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were advised immediately if there were any issues that required attention. Peter and Natalie managed our home for nearly 7 years while we were away. They have just the right balance of notifying us of issues and using common sense to just fix them. I like dealing with Crest as I prefer the personal touch, you always know who you are talking to and it is the same person carrying out all the property inspections. We didn’t want to be dealing with different property managers all the time like you get at larger real estate companies. I would recommend this company.

We received superb support and service from Peter Duguid in the purchase of our new apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. His personable nature coupled with a caring and informative approach made us feel completely at ease. He was always available to answer any queries we had. I have been through 5 other agents to look after my property, until I found Peter and Natalie at crest I was constantly disappointed. I can only speak positively of the experience since crest has managed my property, they actually deliver on what they are offering in regarding to managing the rental property, I rarely hear from crest which is the way I like it issues are sorted quickly and efficiently.
